Can't Download Thinkorswim On Mac

It appears to be the web sites 'security' function.

Go to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/ Move the Cache.db file to the Trash and restart your Mac.
See if you can download a file then..
If you can download statements using Firefox, then use Firefox.
